Training that fits your workplace.

Noise & Vibration Solutions UK Ltd deliver practical, engaging training to support organisations in managing noise, vibration and hearing health risks - from short toolbox talks to in-depth awareness training for operatives, supervisors and management teams.

Our training is developed and delivered alongside our assessment and consultancy work. In addition to providing training, we conduct our noise and vibration assessments and support organisations with the practical, day-to-day management of risk, including the implementation of controls that are effective in real workplaces.

As a result, our courses are shaped by what we observe on site: how risks arise in practice, where controls commonly break down, the questions operatives raise, and the just challenges organisations face when translating guidance into action. Training is therefore grounded in experience rather than theory, and focused on supporting effective, workable noise and vibration management. Training can be delivered face-to-face, online or as e-learning, depending on the course, and is tailored to your site, roles and risk profile, rather than relying on generic examples.

Support at any stage

Some clients come to us before assessments are in place. Others involve us once issues have been identified through health surveillance, internal audits or external intervention and you want support in moving things forward.

We’re comfortable stepping in at any stage — whether that’s helping clarify a specific concern, supporting conversations between teams, or putting practical measures in place to strengthen how risks are managed.

This type of support is often where health & safety and occupational health overlap, and where clear, independent input can make a real difference when responsibilities span more than one department.

Toolbox Talks (TBTs) (NAW / HAV / WBV)

Short, focused sessions designed to reinforce key messages where time is limited.

Suitable for inductions, contractors, refresher briefings and high-risk areas

Delivered as short e-learning session

Site-specific and practical, without overwhelming staff

Operative Awareness Training (NAW / HAV / WBV)

Practical awareness training for employees exposed to noise or vibration during their work.

Half-day formats (or modular e-learning)

Focused on real tasks, equipment and behaviours

Designed to improve understanding, consistency and day-to-day risk control
